Positive: Clean, staff was helpful.

Negative: We were given a room on the sevond fllor. No lift and my husband had a mobility issue. Room was clean but bed was notin a good condition. No tea/ or coffee facility in the room.

Summary: We used Motel Anda several times. Overall we are happy with this hotel. Rooms are specious and clean. Food was delicious

Positive: I booked a deluxe room, which was spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant downstairs is excellent! Location close to centre and amenities.

Negative: There was no safety deposit box in my room or air conditioner remote controller (it was October, though). Staff did supply a remote when asked. The pillows on the bed were very deep and my neck was stiff. Some of the staff downstairs weren't friendly.
